At DeVetus, we are proud of our service and proud to serve you. DeVetus’ basic estate package includes an Oklahoma revocable trust (also known as a “living trust”), an Oklahoma Durable Power of Attorney, Oklahoma Advance Healthcare Directive, and basic Durable Power of Attorney for Medical Care. DeVetus’ service includes the preparation of deeds transferring surface real estate and mineral interests to the trust, and includes preparation of a “pour-over-will” that directs probate courts to fund the trust with any assets the deceased failed to place into the trust. DeVetus’ basic package costs as little as $750 plus applicable filing fees. The average filing fee is $30 per deed, per county — real estate transferred to the rust is transferred with a deed filed with the applicable county clerk. Additional charges may apply for the addition of businesses to the trust and for excess consultations. Most estate packages are created with an initial, free consultation and a follow-up appointment where documents are executed in the presence of witnesses.
